We schedule quarterly business reviews with our clients to review our performance and the health of their networks, as well as to discuss any potential issues that may have arisen and to plan for future needs.

We won’t always agree, and that’s a good thing.  We manage your network as though it were our network, and occasionally that means disagreeing about a proposed change to the environment.  If you had a Director of Information Technology on your direct payroll, you would occasionally have conflicts with the wants and desires of other departments and that Director’s concerns for the safety and security of your technology infrastructure.  We are that Director.  While the decisions are ultimately yours to make, we will always endeavor to provide you with the best information available in order to help you make the most informed decision possible.
